Refund policy

At Statera, we’re a small team committed to fairness — for both you and us. If something’s not right with your order, here’s how we handle returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You contact us within 3 days of order fulfillment

  • The item is:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • Free from stains, odors, or damage

    • In its original packaging, with tags still attached

How to Request a Return

Please email us at stateraarray.contact@gmail.com with the subject line:
Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]

Your email must include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s), showing the condition and tags attached

Returns without photo proof will not be processed.

Refunds

Returns are accepted only when all conditions are met.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please double-check product details and sizing before purchasing.
If the item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 3 days and include photo proof — we’ll sort it quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All return parcels must be shipped within 5 business days of approval.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse a Return If:

  • The item is worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags

  • The return request is submitted after the 3-day window

  • Photo proof is not provided

  • The request appears abusive, dishonest, or outside policy guidelines

Please Choose Carefully

As a small independent label, every piece matters. Unlike large retailers, we do not have the capacity to accept mass returns. For this reason, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
