At Statera Array, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with care.

Processing & Delivery Times:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

New Zealand & Australia
3–7 business days

International (Asia, Europe, North & South America)
5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or courier delays.

Preorders

Preorders are available when an item is temporarily out of stock in the New Zealand and Australia market but will be restocked from our supplier.

Estimated preorder fulfilment time is 2–4 weeks.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready.

Shipping Rates:

New Zealand:
Auckland - $10 NZD
Outside Auckland - $15 NZD

Australia:
Standard Shipping - $25 AUD
Express Preorder Shipping - $50 AUD

Asia:
Standard Shipping - $20 USD

Europe:
Standard Shipping - $30 USD

North & South America:
Standard Shipping - $30 USD

Shipping rates are calculated based on your region and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Important Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee delivery if incorrect details are provided.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. However, our team will always do our best to assist with any delivery issues where possible.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been shipped.
